We are pleased to announce the completion of our landmark South Perth project, Civic Heart, thanks to our builder Hanssen, architects SS Chang and the many consultants and contractors who have contributed to creating the tallest residential building in Perth.

Civic Heart - Luxury South Perth Apartments

The now-completed development breathes new life into the South Perth area with a revitalised & redesigned Mends Street, a bustling ground floor commercial precinct, public art and re-purposed Heritage buildings.

Featuring two towers, Mill Point and Mends, reaching 37 & 20 levels respectively, Civic Heart comprises 308 apartments, and a huge range of unique amenities purpose-built to enhance the lifestyles of its residents.

Commenting on the completion, Finbar Managing Director Darren Pateman said the Civic Heart project was the company's most complex and ambitious to date, but had been well received by the community and would transform the Mends Street precinct adding vibrancy and amenity.

Completion of the $445m project marks Finbar’s 77th landmark WA apartment development delivered to date.

I used to be quite https://stayy-casino.com/ skeptical about bonuses because many platforms make them too intrusive. But over time, I realized that a lot depends on the presentation. In Australia, a calm and clear approach is now valued, where offers appear to be part of the overall service, rather than endless advertising. It's much more convenient when everything is structured and you can understand in advance which terms are right for you. I always prefer platforms where there's no sense of pressure, and bonuses are perceived as a pleasant addition to the overall experience. This format inspires more trust and makes using the service more convenient.
