As our portfolio grows, so to does the number of awards that we have proudly received. We are continually judged on a variety of criteria by leading property development industry bodies, including the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA), who has recognised our achievements across WA with major awards for development excellence. We are equally buoyed by the acknowledgement we receive from other key stakeholders, including the City of Perth, who paid tribute to the contribution that Finbar has made to the Perth CBD for close to two decades.

Lord Mayor Lisa-M. Scaffidi of the City of Perth presented Finbar’s Executive Chairman with a plaque from the City of Perth in recognition of Adagio Apartments and Finbar’s contribution to the City for almost two decades. This acknowledgement is a result of the very strong relationship that Finbar has developed with the City of Perth over the years with approximately 90% of the Company’s developments being located in the inner city of Perth.

UDIA High Density Development award for Pelago West
Finbar also received the UDIA Judges Award in 2013 for Pelago West, acknowledging the achievement of delivering Karratha’s first mixed use high-rise apartment development as part of the Pilbara Cities State Government initiative.
