July 2001 Bluewater became home to the then 6 staff taking up 436m2 office space in the Finbar built development. Bluewater is a stunning complex rising 36m above the South Perth Peninsula. Finish Westralian, first luxury project on Terrace Rd
June 2005 Finbar completes its first Terrace Road luxury apartment project, Westralian, the debutant of many luxury apartment projects pipelined to be developed on Terrace Road. The completion of the Westralian apartment development is significant for Finbar as it marks Finbar’s commitment to the East Perth apartment market.
