April 2012 Finbar relocates outside of South Perth for the first time to a 988m2 office space located on 181 Adelaide Terrace, East Perth. The relocation highlights the significant growth Finbar has committed itself to developments in and around the East Perth region.What used to be the old Fairlanes bowling alley, is now the current HQ for Finbar. Fairlanes is a 27 storey residential and commercial tower comprising 128 apartments as well as 6 levels for commercial use.

Finbar announces its acceptance by State Government Landcorp assessment panel as the preferred developer of two significant group housing sites in the Karratha town centre. The first stage of the project will commence with an announced and approximated 300 residential apartment project, Pelago West.

September 2012 Finbar has received the High Density Development award for the Fairlanes Perth at the prestigious 2012 UDIA Awards for Excellence in WA.Prestigious and highly sought after in the Western Australian development industry, the UDIA WA Awards for Excellence program is one of WA’s most respected and valued industry awards. These Awards have been specifically developed by and for the development industry to recognise excellence and innovation in one of the State’s critical industry groups.
