Pelago West receives Judge’s Choice and High Density UDIA awards
September 2013 Finbar has received the Judges’ Awards and High Density Development Award for the Pelago West project at the prestigious 2013 UDIA Awards for Excellence in WA.Prestigious and highly sought after in the Western Australian development industry, the UDIA WA Awards for Excellence program is one of WA’s most respected and valued industry awards. These Awards have been specifically developed by and for the development industry to recognise excellence and innovation in one of the State’s critical industry groups.

Launch WA’s tallest residential building, Concerto
August 2014 Finbar launches East Perth’s tallest residential building, Concerto. The former site of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC), Concerto will consist of 226 apartments. Once complete, Concerto will be East Perth's tallest residential building at 38 storeys.

St Marks takes out Urban Renewal Award at UDIA
Finbar has received the 2014 UDIA Awards for the High Density Development and the Urban Renewal categories for St Marks Apartments. Finbar has now won the High Density Development award for three consecutive years and will aspire to win this award in the future.
