Completed Finbar's largest development to date, Subi Strand
Subi Strand comprised of 245 one, two and three bedroom apartments, as well as 19 commercial lots.
2016
Completed four projects worth $249.3 million
Four projects, Norwood, Arbor North, Unison on Tenth and Linq consisting of 492 apartments, and 10 ancillary commercial tenancies worth $249.3m completed.
2017
5,000 Apartment Milestone
Finbar completed over 5,000 apartments, worth over $3 billion.
