Bel-Air Apartments Reaches Completion: Finbar's 80th Development

To celebrate the completion of the development, Finbar hosted the Grand Opening of Bel-Air Apartments on Saturday, welcoming project partners, buyers and special guests. The occasion was marked with a ribbon cutting by Finbar CEO Ronald Chan, Finbar Chairman John Chan, Minister for Housing and Works the Hon John Carey MLA, Hanssen Construction's Gerry Hanssen and Darren Linton, and Chang Architects Director Sin Chang.
