Last Friday marked a truly special moment in Finbar’s history as we celebrated our 30th Anniversary with more than 300 Loyalty Club members, partners and agents, a milestone made even more meaningful by the people who have been part of our journey.
A Celebration at the Heart of East Perth
We were proud to host this anniversary event at Fairlanes, our 2012 development that remains a standout symbol of urban renewal in East Perth. Rising 27 storeys above the neighbourhood, Fairlanes was built on the historic Fairlanes Bowling site, with its name honouring the legacy of a well-loved local landmark.
Today, Fairlanes is home to a vibrant mix of residents and businesses, and it also proudly houses Finbar’s headquarters. A favourite feature of the development is its public amphitheatre, a community hub that regularly welcomes concerts and events, helping activate East Perth and create a lively, inclusive space for locals and visitors alike.

Celebrating Local Partnerships
In true Finbar spirit, the evening was brought to life in collaboration with local Perth businesses. Supporting our community is central to who we are, and we remain committed to contributing to the growth and vibrancy of Perth’s urban landscape.
A heartfelt thank you to our Loyalty Club partners — Hilton, Bond Theory, Harvey Norman Commercial, Perth Healthcare Centre, and Amalgam Floral — for generously donating prizes for our members. Your support helped make the evening even more memorable.
Looking Back at Finbars History With Pride, Moving Forward With Purpose
To our residents, shareholders, partners, and dedicated team: thank you for being part of Finbar’s story. Together, we’ve delivered 79 developments that have helped shape Perth’s urban landscape, and we’re only just getting started.
Here’s to the next 30 years of developing better lifestyles, building communities, and creating places people are proud to call home.
