Our landmark South Perth development, Civic Heart, has now officially topped out with structural construction completed at the $440 million project.
Yesterday, Finbar celebrated the occasion with a visit to the sky deck of the 37-storey Mill Point Tower with members of the City of South Perth Council & Management team, Commonwealth Bank, the architects and builders of Civic Heart, SS Chang and Hanssen Construction, and many others that have been vital to the success of this project and in creating the biggest residential development in Perth.
The ceremony marks a key milestone for the project and the overall South Perth community. Civic Heart is set to redefine the South Perth skyline and community with the redevelopment of two key heritage buildings - The South Perth Police Station and the South Perth Post Office, the transformation of public space and the introduction of the ground floor commercial precinct.
