Our landmark South Perth development, Civic Heart, took home the award for Best Residential Development over the weekend at the 2025 Property Council WA Awards.
This achievement is a testament to the transformation Civic Heart has made to a former fragmented suburban block, turning it into a vibrant destination with a revitalised & redesigned Mends Street, an extensive ground floor commercial precinct, public art and re-purposed Heritage buildings.

Civic Heart definitely deserves the recognition, especially considering how the Mill Point and Mends towers have completely redefined the South Perth skyline. It’s impressive to see a development manage to integrate those heritage buildings while still providing such high-end modern amenities. I actually spent some time looking into Finbar's latest property awards while I was checking out crown slots on my phone earlier; the site was incredibly smooth and easy to navigate, which made it simple to keep up with these WA real estate updates while I was out and about here in AU.
